Synopsis
Japanese ICIE and the SCI IEX which are held alternately every 4 years are the major ion exchange events worldwide. These unique meetings provide the opportunity for researchers to present papers and discuss applications and developments in the theory and practice of ion exchange and related topics.

Sophia symposium organized by Sophia University will be held as a special session of ICIE 2022. The main topic of the Sophia symposium is "Ion Exchange Technology for Environment”. This symposium will be held in the morning session as open to the public.
